Hello, everyone!

First of all, if you are looking for my posts, they are on the News And Blogging page. (On August 18, 2025, my posts were moved on the Home Page)

I’m an author writing mostly gay romance. You can find most of my published stories here, on Wattpad, or both. I intend to update My Books page to have links to the first chapter, or index page of each story. Also, you can now find link for all my short stories published on this site, on the Short Stories page.

Other than writing I also call myself a photographer and an artist. I don’t intend to create a gallery page here, for now. Due to recent (25 July, 2025) new-found, utterly wrong prudishness I also have a Gallery here. But And also, you’ll see some of my art in my posts. Keep in mind that I focus on male nude, so there will be nudes.

Admittedly I am not good at keeping up with updating these pages, so the information might be outdated by the time you are reading this. I’ll try to change that. This latest update was written on the 18th of August 2025.

Anyway, this is a friendly blog. Be good to each other, feel free to post your replies and comments. As long as you are not rude, preaching religions, or politics, we can have a good chat.

      I had no idea either, until now.
      And to be honest, I thought the sites will appear on the side-bar, so I thought I did something wrong. But since you’ve been notified, I must have done it, at least, half-right.

      2. From the Reader on the left you can see “Manage Subscriptions” and you see all the sites you are subscribed to. And on the right end, before “Unsubscribe” you can see the “Recommend”.

        Supposedly this helps the recommended sites to be found more easily – hope it does help. And the recommended sites appear on your profile page, not on your home page. I thought the latter was the case.

      3. Oooooh! That explains it. I stopped using the Reader years ago because it never showed me the people I actually followed. I’ll check it out now though. 🙂

      4. Reader used to be much worse, in the past. It’s still user un-friendly. But it’s often easier to subscribe to a blog you want to subscribe, or like a post you want from Reader than it is from the actual sites. (Or I’m rather incapable and can’t figure out how to do it 😅)

      5. I don’t remember having trouble subscribing. If anything, I hate the Subscribe button that always pops up when I make a comment. I mean, these are sites I’ve been subscribed to for years. Are you with wordpress.com or a wordpress.org site?

        For me, the experience is quite the opposite. Many times, I don’t get this “subscribe” option even in sites I’m not subscribed, unless they have it in their pages. Even more so, when I try to subscribe from the notification of a like, often, although it says “Subscribed”, I’m not subscribed, and once the page reloads it shows I’m not. As for liking, in many sites I need to re-login to like a post 🤪

        So, my strategy is to read the post on the site, for WordPress to count the view, and like/subscribe from Reader.

      8. 😅😅 WordPress seems thought it didn’t have enough bugs 😅

        I haven’t faced any issues with commenting, but I have noticed that a certain subscriber’s comments on my blog don’t appear in my notifications. Their likes appear, but not their comments. Thankfully I receive email notifications for those, otherwise I wouldn’t know. 🙄

      9. Hmm…I haven’t noticed /that/, at least not on WP; it does happen quite often on Youtube though. What I dislike about the way comments work on WP is the excessive clicks before you even get to type anything. 1 to use your WP account, ok that’s necessary, but then another 1 to display a dialogue box and then you have to click /inside/ the dialogue box to position the cursor for typing, otherwise nothing happens. At the end there’s the submit button, again ok, but after that there’s a msg box asking you to ‘subscribe to read more’ or some such rubbish. At that point you either have to click the box to get rid of it or press F5 to refresh and get rid of it. Surely the system could just refer back to step 1 – comment with WP – to do a check to see whether the user is already subscribed or not. Just a simple cross check. But no… -facepalm-
        Sorry, everything makes me angry these days.

        I get the same procedure – almost – and thought it was just me doing it wrong. The difference in my case is the last step, where WP “submitting” the message forever and ever! If I refresh the page after the proper amount of time, the message is submitted, though, but if I do it too quickly it’s not there. For this, too, Reader works better, but it has its limitations on which comments you can see/reply – or I haven’t found the correct way to use it. But if you can reply, or if you are making a new comment, then it works fine, and it’s as simple as writing a message and submitting it. Neither blocks nor 1001 clicks.

        And no need to apologise, Andrea. I know what a wonderful person you are. 💖💖💖
