Alkis is not the name of the model; it’s the name of the character from my book “Πέμπτη Βράδυ” (“Thursday Nights”) for whom he posed, both for the cover of the book and for the promotional tweets.
The Love Interest’s (Alkis) body type and appearance were actually inspired by this guy. So, I was extremely happy he was willing to pose as Alkis. Since he is not a model, I was looking for someone with a similar body type.
I didn’t find anyone who could meet both the appearance and pose naked. Then, half-jokingly and half-hoping, I told this guy, “Why don’t you pose?”
And he said, “Okay!”
