This is an oil painting that I’m very proud of.
The entire piece was created using only palette knives. Not just one size or type, but a variety of them. At the very end, I used a brush to gently tap across the surface (excluding the background), which added a unique “grain” texture and helped soften the harsh lines created by the knives.
Here’s a detail shot where both the texture and the pure knife work are still visible.
